Our Charges

The first meeting, usually less than an hour, is at our expense. Thereafter, we will agree a fee for the advice that we give for the work undertaken in line with our Client Agreement Letter.

Investments and Pensions

We will charge clients a fee for advice given and work undertaken (implementation). We will agree a fee in advance of giving advice. It may be possible for our fee to be paid by the product provider out of the clients investment. This is known as an advisor charge.

Ongoing advice can be paid for as an agreed fee or as a percentage of the funds under management.

Non Investment Life Assurance

Payment can be made by a fee (payable by the client), commission (payable by the provider) or a combination of both. As agreed with the client.

Equity Release: This is a lifetime mortgage. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration.         The value of your investment can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you have invested.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.                                                    There may be a fee for mortgage advice, the precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances, but typically it would be an initial charge of £2,000.
